This modern and well-insulated villa has a unique location in the countryside near Noiseux, close to the Ourthe and Durbuy. It offers a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge with wood-burning stove and TV with PS4 and home cinema set. But the highlight of the villa is the indoor pool with sauna and a view of the private garden with pond, terrace (partly covered) and barbecue. Lovely for enjoying the sun's rays in summer!
